I am 50, married, mother/stepmother of 7,  a grandmother of 7. I am a cancer survivor of 3 years and a health care activist. I feel people should have adequate care in the USA, and be able to have retirement savings and create a comfortable life for their golden years. My beliefs are mainly metaphysics, though I am partial to my Christian upbringing. My lifelong studies include nutrition, natural healing, spirituality, and love of the earth. Unity is the first experience I ever had with a metaphysical church. I have been attending since day one, October 31, 1999. I am a Unity soloist and congregational hymn leader. I have served on the Unity in the Dunes Board for 4 years as Treasurer,  and almost 1 year as Vice Chair, and am also website administrator.
